Qdoba Mexican Eats - Mercer Island

I really wanted to try the new lime Shrimp but they were out. Big portions for the priceManger seemed on top of everything and everyone was friendly

Totally empty place. One kid at duty, he has no interest in service. At 7.35 pm on 3/5/2024 all veggies were empty and he kept arguing about definition of veggies bowl. I have no idea why Qdoba is running this location and westing lease money only to ruin reputation. I know service in USA in general is down and Seattle area/ west coast is leader in poor attitude but still it bothers me. Please close the location. Please teach your staff elsewhere what not to do

Super basic boring Mexican, probably your grandma's

The super friendly staff here makes this location! The woman that put my order together has been at Qdoba for years I just put myself in her hands and she put together a great taco salad for me. The manager is extremely kind, and I could tell she sets the tone for her branch.If you need a quick, super casual meal this location is a solid choice.

The manager would rather spend time on the phone than take care of his customers that are right in front of him. Also, would not allow other staff members to help.
