The staff could use some training; they seemed to have difficulty taking orders, preparing food, and getting it to the window efficiently.

The hot chocolate was served cold, and when I asked to have it reheated, my request was turned down. As for vegetarian options, there were none available. I ordered takeout for dinner, which cost around NZ$10–20 per person. Overall, I’d rate the food a 2 and the service a 2.
