Auntie Anne's - Mercedes

We waited a long time even with barely any other people in line. Pretzels were very skinny and overdone.

I was very disappointed my plain pretzel was very skinny and hard. I was so looking forward to getting another good auntie Anne's pretzel. Was there a few weeks ago and they were fresh and alot bigger Was very disappointed.

Employees have no customer service skills. They never have anything ready. You have to be waiting all the time. No one says hi upon entering and tey dont drop what they are doing to tend to the customers..its terrible!!????

Still requiring masks. We are fully vaccinated, but that didn't matter. They didn't have masks to provide for us. We stopped wearing masks 2 months ago.

I have gone 5 times this week to buy a pretzel dog and they never have any. I go at different times and they never have any pretzels of any kind.
