Gigis - MERANO

This cocktail bar came highly recommended. I must admit that cocktails looked indeed delicious. The wine selection was limited but the one we had choose was not bad. The little bruschette were a nice touch too. Our bartender was extremely friendly and nice. So far so good. Everything changed when another bartender or perhaps the owner came. Whilst he had a mask, he frequently wore it below the mouth indoors and he even hugged some of the guests who perhaps were his friends too. I’m sorry, but for me during the current pandemic this is not acceptable. We felt at risk, paid and left.

Small local along the river passirium. perfect for aperitifs with friends, very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. we ordered the hug and together they brought us also bruschette and flavors. drink very good and honest price, only 4,50€ per head

Nice place, good drink, fast service and pleasant. recommended. We took the hug and consumed appetizers. the room is new and furnished very well, you notice an informal and welcoming atmosphere. the prices are honest, even if you are a few steps from the old town and exactly on the walk.
