Mcdonald's - Mentor

I have to write a review because a few months ago, I cried and complained because ZWEI SUNDAYS IN A ROW she messes up my Sugar Free Vanilla ice cream coffee. One week it was caramel or something and super sweet. The next Sunday there was no coffee in it. Anyway... today the lady told us to give our food that she is the new owner and I just wanted to say 5 stars!!! Our order was perfect, we even had napkins Lol and my ice cream coffee is the best I had from there in a very long time. Stop it, guys are doing great.

I visited the restaurant recently, and an older guy, probably in his late 20s or early 30s, made my sub. I think his name was Good. I requested a bit more mayo, but when I took a bite, it was just filled with mayo. I didn't mean to go overboard; I just asked for a little extra.

The staff here is always friendly, and they consistently get my orders right. However, the delivery could use some improvement!
