フィードバックを提供するSaw the supervisor leaving so i was afraid it wouldn't be fresh. I was wrong though. Amazing. Especially at this time. Its clear that their are new hires here. Complete turn around!
I was coming to Burger King to get something to eat before work. They were extremely slow. I ordered Double Whopper Meal and a Spicy chicken sandwich. They hand me the bag and I drive off to head to work and eat my meal in the parking lot. I open the bag and they forgot to give me my double whopper. I didnt have time to drive back so they pretty much stole money from me. They weren't even busy either. Literally only 3 other cars waiting. They didn't even give me a receipt either so theres no way I can even prove me purchase.
Same as other reviews. Cold and soggy food after 20 min wait. Chicken nuggets tasted like chicken flavored flour, so bad I didn't eat them. Said I wouldn't return but bf really wanted Burger King. He now had the same bad King wait, cold and soggy food) experience and agreed we would not have to go again. I once again ate cereal once finally home instead of what we paid for there.
Prior till 08/15/20 evening at about 8:30 p.m all my experiences at this location were positive and i was just about to make this my preferred location but tonight I received onion rings that were hard and rubbery and unless I've been getting more than I'm supposed to on other occasions a shake that wasn't full. I'm running out of locations I can trust to give good service. I don't understand how you guys have the best food but just cannot get your service problems together at just about every location in the Milwaukee metro area. This ridiculous there was only one car ahead of us in line and no one behind us they had plenty of time to do it right. Just plain lazy is all I can surmise.
I've only been here once, but already it seems like most other Burger Kings. I expect the experience is very different on every visit. There were not many customers inside, but a lot of employees mulling around behind the counter, and only one register open. They did eventually open another, but even then there were extra people mulling round behind the counter getting in the way. I observed one customer not getting his burger customised correctly. This seems to be a common problem at Burger King, and considering that this is supposed to be their strong point, they just don't seem to get it right; often enough to be a problem. My order (uncustomised) was correct. It took a little longer than I thought it should have to prepare it. But the food was surprisingly hot. Cold food seems to be another common problem at Burger King, but not this time. My burgers were much hotter than I can recall any fast food being in recent years. Not too hot though, but hot enough that by the time I was able to eat them twenty-five minutes later (carry-out), they were still pleasingly warm.
