The staff is super friendly. Sandwiches are fresh and fast. You have a sandwich called the Frenchie I love and recommend; It is salted butter, salami, capicola and provolone. Today I had the eastern coast spicy Italian. Really good sandwich. Soft fresh bread combined with fresh ingredients makes for a great sandwich. Do you take notes subway? This sandwich spot is Top 3 for me along with Jersey Mike's and Submarina. Even if you register for reward points, your next sandwich is free, which is a decent deal

Customer service at the register and pick up was great 5 stars ! ..Food was terrible.Tons of Mayo, old veggies ask for a BLT got three pieces of bacon ,cold...on a big bread roll and there was so much mayo I couldn't finish the sandwhich grossed me out, asked for avocado got some greenish brown spread. Will not be going back especially for the price ..

I had the freshest ingredients I've ever tasted! The sandwiches are fantastic, and the staff is wonderful. The place is clean, cool, and extremely welcoming. I also recommend it for families with children.

I ordered two trays of sandwiches for a gathering after a funeral in Menifee, and Angelica was incredibly helpful. Everyone raved about how delicious the sandwiches were and wanted to know where they came from. Thank you for your excellent service and the high quality of the food. I will definitely be back!

We really love the Turkey Tom from Jimmy John's! In my opinion, their sandwiches are better than those from Jersey Mike's or Subway. They catered a rehearsal for our office, and it was a huge hit. We'll definitely be coming back!
