I had a phone order, and when I arrived, my order was ready to go! The person I spoke to was Michael, who I discovered is not only the manager but also the owner of the place. What a nice surprise! He mentioned that he has a new team in place and that there will be improvements, particularly shorter waiting times. I shared with him how much I enjoy coming here and that I believe they make better sandwiches than those in Temecula. My family and I appreciate the hard work they put in. Thank you!
The restaurant opened about 15 minutes before the official opening time. The door was locked, but when I was leaving, the owner called me back to let me know they were ready to open, so I could come in. I felt a little guilty for using a T-Mobile deal that offered a free medium sub with any purchase, especially since they had opened up for such a modest promotion. However, the service was absolutely fantastic, and the sandwich was incredible. This isn't my first time at Firehouse Subs, but after today's experience, I can't help but wonder why I've been going anywhere else. This will definitely be my new go-to spot for subs. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this change in my sandwich preferences!
I received the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere! The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. The woman who was closing today deserves a raise, as her warm service will definitely encourage customers to return. I typically go to a Subway, but I will definitely be coming here from now on.
