We had a quick chat with the staff and the service was efficient. We had a comfortable seating and our food arrived promptly. The dishes were well presented, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious. There was a large selection on the menu as well. We tried the burgers and mashed potatoes, as well as the buttermilk chicken strips, and they were scrumptious. They also had a great selection of ale and cider on tap. We will definitely be returning next time. P.S. The dipping sauce that came with the buttermilk chicken strips was amazing!
Jackie and karen perform the place quite, and their service makes it what it is. the breakfast was delicious, dinner was also good. from the 5 of us I had the smallest room. I had to turn sideways to reach both sides of the bette. so they avoid room 5 when they are claustrophobic! my first visit to the united kingdom of kings and appreciated the hot water. the bed was comfortable, but the kisses were flat and hard. No one else in the group complained, so it's just my taste. this is a great central location of crew cores. other restaurants nearby. also eating in crooked swan and the Indian restaurant on the street was excellent. I would recommend this place!
Visit glastonbury and in the pilgrims on the farewell on Sunday of the Mother's Day was very pleased that they had burst. I ordered the bratbeef. meal quickly came to wait less than 10min and it was colorful! red cabbage, spring green, carrots, pancakes, frying, cauliflower and a huge Yorkshire pid as well as a huge part of delicate bark meat. very impressed by eating, service and will eat definitiw again there
Perfect hotel. on the ground floor there is a restaurant/pub serving delicious food. the service is fast. a big thank you to the lady at the reception that I could borrow the phone charger, because my was broken and we came safely home. the rooms are clean and cozy and it is very quiet in the night! thank you.
Without a doubt, the best pub in Glastonbury. This beautiful 15th-century establishment has maintained its charm over the years. A must-visit for anyone in the area. The food is consistently good, and the different rooms offer a lovely environment. The outdoor seating at the back is perfect for summertime. They have a great selection of local ales, including Bristol Beer Factory's casks. I love this place!
