Very good experience! The servers are nice though a little overbooked. For the kitchen, in the entrance, I took the pears pie, carrot velvety and beet houmous, it is interesting to have 3 dishes in 1, which more is, all delicious! For the dish, I chose calfskin, turnip crumble and crushed potatoes and panais. There's still 3 dishes in 1 and all very good. Finally, as a dessert, I opted for the classic but excellent milk chocolate mellow. Overall, it was very varied and good.
