I took my Service animal in there an they did not give me any trouble and the guy that made my food was a great person to deal with I think his name is Zack are nick thanks again I will be back

I ordered a footlong turkey and cold cut combo. I came back because the cold cut meat tasted funny. I only took 1 bite from the sandwich. I brought the entire sandwich back and was told there is nothing I can do to fix it . I asked for the sandwich to be remade the same way and was told no. The server (has glasses) then told me they would not refund the purchase either. I normally frequent this location however if making sure the customer is satisfied is not their priority, then I refuse to give them my money anymore. I ended up going to the Austin Peay location for a fresh cold cut sandwich. So I had to spend more money.
