フィードバックを提供するI usually love this Starbucks because they never mess up the drinks but I have been wanting to get the pumpkin cold brew since it came out the other day. Ordered it on the app and they said the had it. Go there and they say that they don’t have it right now and that I can get something else. But I wouldn’t be so upset about this if I didn’t happen twice and I hadn’t already payed. Went the Tuesday again and ordered it on the app said they had it, same thing happened again they told me they were out and could replace it. It had been days since the first time I tried getting it and they still hadn’t updated the app. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!!!
This is the longest Ive ever had to sit in line with three cars in front of me! I got in line, (again with only 3 cars in front of me) and waited over 30 mins to get my drink and leave! The female in the drive-through window told me there’s only two people working inside and that’s ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location ever again.
Went there again to only be told that they don't open until 630, machine down, out of stuff... It's always something with this store.
The employees are efficient but don't seem happy to work there
This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude, aggressive, and they all act like they are doing you a favor by making them coffee. I go to Starbucks all the time. This staff needs to be retrained and I am sure some of them should be let go. I have been in this area for work for the last week and the average wait time for me in the drive through is 15 mins, with minimal cars
