Starbucks - Memphis

There is nothing like a good cup of hot flavored latte! The flavors are better if you have them to steam it with your milk. The veggie egg bites are very tasteful. I also purchased a couple of snacks like the coconut clusters turkey jerky. My sister tried the iced cinnamon dolce/toffee nut with almond milk she loved it. I had hot cinnamon dolce/toffee nut latte it was delicious. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Dirty dine in tables, chairs, windows, floor. Dirty restrooms. Was visiting at table with friends for several hours and did not see trash on table behind us cleaned. Arms and hands kept sticking to table top, shirt kept sticking to chair back, lounge chairs old and dirty. Cartoons of supplies everywhere. Huge pothole at drive thru window, I watched cars bouncing thru it for hours. Restrooms locked with pin pads and you have to ask for code to use.

I tried ordering on the app and it took out for my order went there yesterday the inside was closed and I had to wait in the long drive thru line to be told that my order was cancelled because they ran out of coffee I asked for my money back and the drive through lady yelled at me and REFUSED to refund me. I?m never coming back to this Starbucks again. I would like to speak to a manager about this that is NOT good customer service.

Very chill spot to hang out. We grabbed the new fall drinks and they were delicious. Apple crumble was super yummy.

5 stars. $3.73 per cup of Black coffee in a disposable cup. 5 bucks AkA Starbucks. Genius it is out of Seattle Washington Not even Organic or GMO free even! I wouldn't recommend this çoffee company to anyone. Mr. Ovard
