Smoothie King - Memphis

My bowlsbtypically look exactly like the picture. And where are my blueberries? I only added bananas.

Ordered through the app, waited until pickup time which was 3:55pm. My order was not ready upon arrival. I watched several walk-ins order and receive their orders before I received mine. After waiting in the store for 20 minutes I asked about my order, I was told it was being made. I left the store with my order at 4:24pm. It is unbearable to watch the incompetence. A few reviews suggest the store is understaffed, but I tend to think there is no training. On the other hand I believe I could get four homeless people off of Union Ave that could run the place better all by themselves. You should go once just to get a lesson on chaos.

Six employees at the counter all talking to each other ignoring people waiting in line to order. This girl finally takes my order and tells me to answer a question on the card reader, no question shows up and I let her know. She's completely ignoring me having a conversation with her coworkers so I left.Usually my experience isnt like this, no idea what's going on. I went to tropical smoothie cafe down the road and they actually took my order and acknowledged I was there lmao

After seeing worker wipe smoothie off top of one of the blender jugs and then lick her finger... I WILL NOT RETURN... just lost a long time customer... ?
