Piccadilly Cafeteria - Memphis

The service at this restaurant was excellent, but the food was disappointing as it was cold, dry, and lacking proper seasoning. The atmosphere was lacking and not very inviting. Major upgrades are needed in terms of the food quality and overall dining experience.

The restaurant could use some tender loving care and renovation, but the food is fantastic.

We adore Piccadilly's. We enjoy home-cooked meals every day of the week. The restaurant is wheelchair-friendly and there is always someone available to assist me with my tray. There is ample parking and the staff is very accommodating.

I visited this restaurant on July 18th, 2024 around 5 or 6 pm. There was a man working in the kitchen line, who was tall, black, and had long dreadlocks with a white scarf on his head. He seemed to have a problem with women, as he held up the line because he didn't like me informing him that my order was already completed. Despite me repeating myself multiple times, he was not paying attention and was more focused on joking around with his coworker. He was not a good listener and kept ignoring me, only giving me my food when he was ready. It appeared that he was trying to prove a point to me by holding up the entire line. It was not my intention to offend him. It seemed like he may have some issues with women, but his coworkers seemed unaware of this. It makes me wonder how he will handle having a female boss in the future. Additionally, it was frustrating when I called ahead to inquire about a specific item, only to be told upon arrival that they didn't have it. It felt like they had a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Food was good but did not give us kids price our bill was 40.00 that is to much for senior citizens and 1 child.
