Kfc - Memphis

Customer service is not 7 people in the store and it took me forever to get to the window and if I'm up there, the young lady has no customer service at all and that's my KFC I always like.

What's going on?! Every time I try to eat at this point, they're out of something. I left for 2 seconds and they only have original chicken and fries THATS IT!!!! The other times they 're closed his waaaaay before the time of closing. It's just that.

Terrible over boiled. Baked in old stinking fat. Manager accused Pressure Fritte. Maybe the colonel forgot how to fry chickens? Oh, no, he's Deacesed just like that ****. If this is the best, it can be time to stop. Do not use to number 1 now.

Service was horrible and took for ever to get order. Cashier kept getting order wrong even after I had gotten to the window. Hot strips was greasy. Famous bowl was lacking of mash potatoes and was cold had to wait on original strip cashier didn't know how long the wait was....experience was not good at all.Spent too much money for that experience..NEVER AGAIN!!

The clerk who answered the service line was way too nonchalant. I don't care attitude to her voice. Since we were the only one in the drive thru line. We ordered chicken only 10 piece box. The chicken was very, very cold. And tasted very old too! We were very, very disappointed. Because the KFC farther down Elvis Presley is much more impressive than this location. I do understand management, cooking crews are better than others. But this location is directly across the street from Elvis Presley Guesthouse hotel I thought it would be better or at least equivalent. Very disappointed customer service food.
