Firehouse Subs East Gate - Memphis

Repeated my order back to me and still got it wrong. Also beverage station was out of straws napkins sweetners etc.. most of the staff was standing around and the kid that was making the food kept adjusting his pants that were down to his knees.... gross.Food: 3/5

I placed a to-go order and had the Hook and Ladder sandwich. It was delicious!

Loved veggie sub with two cheese, a lot of veggies and sautéed mushroom! Must try sub shop if you’re tired eating from Subway.

Firehouse Eastgate never disappoints. I have had many subs there over since they opened. Always delicious and made as requested. They also put the meat and veggies on their sandwiches without slacking on the amount how some places lack. I tried the cajun chicken this time. Ordered the large thinking I would eat half and save half but it was almost impossible to stop eating it was so good.

Every employee is so sad here. This must be a horrible job. As a delivery driver my food is always ready and correct and l appreciate that. I just feel sorry for the staff.
