Central Bbq Summer - Memphis

A little pricey for the amount of food. The ribs were OK, the potato salad was good, the portion of onion rings was very disappointing. I did like the sauce!

I love this place! But I went in today and the front counter was just completely GHETTO. gossiping about outside drama the entire time I was placing my order to the point she messed my order completely up. I ordered a 6 piece with fries and a beer how did it turn into 2 orders of wings 2 beers no fries ??? Turned a 20$ order into a 40$ order.Then as I am trying to correct my order the employeees proceeded to be rude and cut me off. I love this place but it needs new employees.

Ribs were to die for!!? Everything else was meh ? but the ribs just fell off the bone and were really well seasoned! I absolutely loved them and it is something I could eat over and over again!

It was a tasty sauce and very generous portion. I was surprised by the slices of brisket, the texture felt more like the type of roast beef used for philly steaks and french dips. Good not

I think I'm done with Memphis BBQ. Spent 27.00 of a half slab and it just wasn't good. Tough, dry meat and overdone. Going to stick with STL and KC BBQ joints.
