フィードバックを提供するThis review is mostly relating to the persistently poor customer service. You literally feel like an inconvenience to the staff working here. Not greeted with a smile. Cold and unfriendly. Even though the food is nice, the staff and vibe make you never want to return.
Food was good but not great. The building has no sound deadening so conversations across the table were extremely difficult. Took a long time for the meals to come out and when they did not all came out at the same time. One of our party was almost finished when the last meal came out. Some advertising photography was occurring and I think more effort was directed at that than towards the customers.
I had been looking at stone bar and grill for awhile. Each time I thought no. This time we decided that go. How happy that we did. From the minute you walked in the door the service started and was followed through the whole experience. Out waitress was fantastic. Always checking if everything was ok. Not over the top. The owner, I think he was, Charlie and was also checking in and he was really nice to talk to. Then we had our foodEgg plant chips, special caugin barramundi, seafood in a beautiful tomato based sauce. All meals were amazing. Menu, at least online, has lost most of the good meals and the delivery areas have been reduced. Last time I dined in the meal I received wasn't even cooked properly. Simply can't recommend this place anymore.
My partner has issues with anxiety and removing headwear in public. He was asked to remove it and he wasn’t being served without removing it. Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. Religious headwear is allowed but obviously not appropriate to keep someone’s mental health in check. Are you ok?
