Wonky Trolley - Melbourne

A variety of burgers made to order, chips are hot and crunchy, beer is cold.What more could a burger joint offer?The food is prepared quickly, decor is a little spartan but clean and functional. There is a small courtyard out the back if you want to eat alfresco but don't fancy the tables out front.It's more expensive than your average fast-food burger but better quality and good value in my opinion.

Had heard of Wonky Trolly for some time now but never seemed to get the opportunity to try it. When that opportunity presented itself today I took it. I ordered the 3051 burger with chips and a coke. The burger presentation was one of the best ever. The meat appears to be freshly ground with the patties made in house. It was quite a course grind and was cooked so it was still pink in the middle. This of course makes it very juicy. Nothing a couple of serviettes didn't take care of! Chips were awesome. Washed down with a coke rounded off the treat. Price a bit on the higher side but if you're a burger fan, tick this one off your list!

Delicious burgers that are famous in Melbourne, pricing is about on par with similar establishments. Definitely worth the stop by.

Intimate hamburger place with indoor and alfresco. Burgers were the quality of those made at home and staff were friendly. Ate there twice on a three night trip :)

My friend ordered a doubled up beef burger which was delicious but my chicken burger was potentially one of the worst I've eaten. It was completely bland and basically like something you'd buy from the freezer section of coles. Really disappointed...
