The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and willing to give recommendations. I enjoy the crullers, but I find the donuts to be too dense for my taste.
This restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a cozy afternoon treat.
Been here many times. They do have monthly special or festival special which is what I've been waiting and chasing for. From their default donut to speciality donut, always no regret on trying. Love it so much and highly recommend to sweet lover ;
Maple bacon log- WOW. Dough was soft, fluffy and melted in your mouth, there was the perfect amount of glaze, which was sweet and a true maple flavour, then the bacon was salty crispy but not too chewy. It was handcrafted fresh, and you could definitely tell! The bacon log was a limited special, but If any of there other donuts are of this standard- (which I’m sure they are) this place is a MUST DO! <br/ <br/ We also had the Choc peanut butter cake doughnut. It was very well made and presented, but compared to the maple bacon log- it was not my cup of tea. The cake texture was very light and fluffy, didn’t have much flavour and crumbled if you broke it in half. The choc flavour came through with the very rich choc ganache on top, which was nice. It was also topped with peanuts which gave some texture, but the nuts weren’t very crunchy. I usually like cake donuts, so I was surprised it wasn’t mind blowing for me! Very high quality donut I’m sure, but I’ll be sticking to my yeast raised donuts here <br/ <br/ Service was fantastic. We didn’t have to wait long to be served, the server explained all the flavours, how they are made and gave recommendations. <br/ Only lost 1 star due to the cake donut and the slightly expensive pricing. (The maple log was $6.50)
