Nando's Bourke St - Melbourne

I grabbed two quick takeaway classic wraps before a magic show tonight. Unfortunately, my mild sauce wrap tasted more like mayo than Peri Peri sauce, with an excessive amount of mayo. However, the chicken was tender and lean. It took a bit longer than expected to receive my order, despite there not being many customers waiting.

The new look of this place after the renovation gives it a very fresh and nice feel.The service provided by Victor and his staff is always amazing, adding to the friendly atmosphere.Food served at lunch is always fresh and something to look forward to.

I had a great experience at Nando's. The service was friendly and efficient, and there was plenty of seating available. My go-to meal is the 4 x grilled thighs with hot peri-peri chips, and this time it was the best version I've had at this location. The chicken was perfectly char-grilled with just the right amount of sauce. My only complaint is that they didn't have tap water readily available; there were only two glasses for the entire restaurant and no bottles in sight. I don't want to have to purchase a drink I don't want just to get water with my meal. Nando's, please consider offering bottles of tap water for your customers.

I have been to plenty of Nando’s stores and this one takes the cake! Was served by a warm, welcoming and kind manager. Usually I have to argue about getting my burger in a wrap but wasn’t a problem here. Food was incredible and fast service, definitely recommend!

I used to think that all Nando’s were just a repeat of another. Same menu, same sauces. What sets the Bourke St store apart from the pack is the staff. Always great service led by an efficient manager
