Gold Sweets - Melbourne

The food content was huge and their prices were appropriate. the taste was heavenly, but the place was really small and limited seat. they will take away and would be happy to come back for their food. their sweets are known among the Indian community and they have a great variety to choose. the prices were not too high and the quality was good.

I have visited this place from the last 2-3 years. have loved eating every time. very authentic and fresh, food-friendly staff. we almost tried everything. to remember the simpleness!

We had food here, manchurian with noodles and burger, manchurian was sweet, noodles were not up to the mark. Restaurant was not clean. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Place was empty when we went but filled up very quickly as we were finishing up our food and was very loud. There was only one lady at the counter and serving food, wasn’t the best customer service as she forgot to bring us some of the food we ordered. Prices were a bit high and the food was decent. Pani puri was a bit bland with the spicy water way too sweet. Aloo tikki wasn’t too bad either but was a bit too sweet, good portion size. Bhel puri would have to be my fav out of what we had. The paneer chole bhature was big but the chickpea curry that accompanied it was small. Had food there on 12 May 2018 and the chaat quality has deteriorated. The pani puri water was very diluted, the bhel puri had half the quantity of puri and excess of tamarind water. Total waste of money. Have had a few time before and was good. Maybe they have lost the good cook.
