Il Carpaccio in der Baumeister Muhle

The Il Carpaccio is located in an old windmill building and a really nice setup. Itallian cusine and very well served and prepared. Helpful personnel and waiters, make reservation not to be disappointed. The have the dishes and menus on a chalk board and the waiter enthusiastically explains the dishes. We had a mid-week dinner with a group of 10 at this Italian restaurant. We found the staff very friendly. The restaurant provides extensive daily specials to supplement the menu that are presented at the table on a large easel vs. having the staff recite. I ordered a salad to start and then finished with a tagliatelli in a meat ragu. The pasta portions appropriately are about half the size of a typical American Italian eatery. The food was fine but not memorable. Like European restaurants our family lingered without any pressure from the staff to leave.

Visited the restaurant with a group. Menu was very good, fresh ingredients, great taste, good wine. Good value for money. Interior is not very modern. Service was very well. No remarks, no complaints. Restaurant deserves a good quotation.

First of all this restaurant is a great location and eating there is very tasty. everything we got tabled was freshly prepared and tasty. all were very satisfied. really a pleasure.

Great ambiente, nice staff. have been there for years and were always enthusiastic. fish, meat or sweet, no matter, all very, very good. lifted, but far away from lifted. casual, yet noble, always happy again.
