Geppetto's Pizza Ribs - Medina

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and it arrived burnt. I called to complain and was promised a refund in the mail. However, several weeks went by and I never received anything. I called again and spoke to a different manager who said they would call me back later that day. I finally received a call from yet another manager who informed me that the owner of the restaurant had made the pizza and refused to refund my money. This is very poor customer service and communication.

I ordered for delivery and it was excellent. I had forgotten how delicious the food at this place is!

The food was delicious. Although the sign said "Johnny Malloy's," it appeared that they were both located in the same building. The staff was excellent.

This is a nice restaurant. The food is very yummy and presented well. The staff, Natalie and Alex are friendly and professional. I would recommend this restaurant to others. Enjoy!

Just received order fries are cold and limp.The shrimp is cold and was put on limp lettuce.T hey sent food out that looked like it came out of a dump. Don't order preogis they were hard doughie cold and no butter. This should never came out like this.
