Burger King - Medina

This restaurant had actually seen improvements in recent years, but since the pandemic, service has become forgetful and slow. My visit today was so disappointing that I felt the need to report it to corporate. The woman taking my order at the drive-thru walked away without a word for over five minutes. When I finally received my order, I found condiments drenched in maple syrup, raising concerns about cleanliness since none of my items contained syrup! To make matters worse, when I got to the office, I discovered that the vegetarian options I ordered for my boss actually had meat on them. Not exactly the best way to start the day. The staff seemed unfriendly and indifferent, and while I usually try to be understanding, today it felt like the mistakes were made out of carelessness. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
