Convenient parking, but a little dark. Calzone was skimpy on cheese. Pizza crust and toppings were flavorful, but certainly not standout enough to justify the significant price increase over other options. Called in ahead and 45 minutes later still waiting because they dropped it while cutting so another wait!! Not the first with ridiculous service, not sure why we keep returning Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1

Im also going to complain about other locations but pizza factory is THE MOST FRUSTRATING PIZZA PLACE TO GET DELIVERY FROM, the online ordering works for none of the locations the rewards are only claimed in store OR ONLINE ORDERS, and many locations including this one have told me they can’t deliver because im too far away for the amount of staff you have, i am 12 minutes away Service: Delivery Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Great pizza. Prices are just high. Worth it to support a local business.

Stopped in here for lunch with my Dad. I got the AYCE Salad Bar $10) and my Dad had the Pizza Buffet, that also comes with the salad bar and includes a drink, for just $12.99. Really great deal. The place was clean and my Dad said that the sauce on their pizzas was phenomenal.
