フィードバックを提供するI love going to this restaurant. The service is quick, efficient, and the staff are all very friendly.
I tried to order an extra dry cappuccino at this restaurant. The first one I received was very heavy. I asked for a remake, but the second one was even worse. When the staff gave it to me, they mentioned that the first one was better. I was disappointed by their bad attitude and felt like the customer is never right. Overall, a negative experience. 1 star.
The drinks are large and made to order, and they are delicious. The staff gave us a free cake pop and drink because they did not fill our drinks all the way on a previous visit. They were very accommodating and we would recommend this restaurant, especially when the patio is full.
They gave our job to someone else and did not help us after that. I'm done with them.
After placing my mobile order, I arrived at the due time the app gave me, and I waited an extra 15 minutes to just give them time since the store was a little busy, and when I asked where my order was, I was told they would get right on it, but then I realized a drink was sitting right by the blender that had been sitting there since I arrived, and it was indeed my drink, and when the barista went to finish it off, she handed it to me. I told her that I wasn't going to accept a drink. I paid $7 and it was sitting there the whole time I had been waiting for it. She had a real attitude about it, and I explained to her that if she was in my shoes, she wouldn't have accepted it either, but my drink wasn't the only one sitting idle by the blender. I really think that the store manager, Melody, should be trained better because she is very condescending, as is the district manager, Tim.
