Become a member for a one time fee (pay entire or pymts) and enjoy great member specials plus membership is good atsome other stores (see website, ask staff). Friendly, caring, polite, confident staff. Love Medford Food Co Op!!! many years. Ihighly recommend to everyone.
(Update below) Great food, great staff. But if you want to purchase deli food to eat on the go, be prepared to eat your potato salad or other deli food with your fingers. They don?t have available utensils to use or buy. They are already super expensivecompared to other stores that offer similar organic, healthy foods. I feel like the increased price should earn me the benefitof eating without getting potato salad underneath my fingernails. :P Update: The below response to my feedback indicates thatyou believe that I was not capable of asking for a utensil. I did ask and the checker offered me one from under the register. The manager then walked up and reprimanded the employee for offering it to me and put it back. I then asked the manager if I wassupposed to eat it with my hands, and he said ?yes? and walked away. The utensil didn?t look like a disposable one, so Iunderstand not wanting to hand it out. But the whole scenario was weird. I felt bad for the employee who was trying tohelp. Update from 7/23: A couple of us picked up ?ready made? deli food in the store. I wanted to give them another try. Andno utensils again. Don?t eat here unless you carry your own fork around town.
Small, but mighty! Friendly service, central location restaurant on-site. ???? It?s not cheap, but they have free food scraps behind the store. ???? Buy many dry goods in bulk and bring your glass containers to refill. ???? Items by local makers alsoavailable! ????
