Applebee's Neighborhood Grill - Medford

One of the best places in town for family dining. Excellent food at great prices.

I have never had good service here. However I will never eat at this place again after my last meal there. We were seated and it took about 30 mins for someone to take out order. After that is took another 1 1/2 hours to actually get our food. We watched table after table get their food, eat it, and leave. We finally got our meals and the manager came over to apologize and offer us a free dessert. We accepted, unfortunately. It took another HOUR to get the free dessert! By far the worst place in town and the food isn't that interesting either.

Why do corporate chains like this decide to kill things off the menu that are slow in some regions but not in all? Even when it is the BEST selling item on the menu. Notice the Neighborhood word in the sign...I wonder whose? Ha-ha. Over the years there is nothing good left on the menu here for me. I would only eat here if nowhere else.

Went there with a friend today. We had the two for twenty five and a extra appetizer the extra appetizer came after our food so our awesome waitress...

Great food, great waiter. Always my favorite place to eat. But the service was excellent this night.
