Papa Johns Pizza - Mechanicsville

Papa John's is usually my go-to for pizza, but with this recent experience, I'm not so sure. The crust was flat and there was an excessive amount of flour on it. It was definitely one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Initially, there was resistance to taking my order over the phone and issues with communication. The manager or supervisor did not offer much assistance either. Eventually, when the manager did come to help, she used inappropriate language. Meanwhile, other customers were left waiting for their orders. If possible, I would give this restaurant 0 stars.

I have had a difficult time with the shortage of toilet paper due to COVID-19, so it's no joking matter for me. I just wish the restaurant's napkins were septic tank safe.

The manager was not nice my parents who are deaf ordered through an interpreter told them she wanted cheesesticks over and over and what we received was totally different I called and the manager said that is what they received on thier end And would not help out or anything just kept saying thats not what she heard
