Firehouse Subs Stonewall Square

There were very helpful people working here in Firehouse Subs. The food was good and the place was clean. The only tiny problem we encountered was that my wife's buns were not damped and mine was not grilled. They weren't so busy, but I felt like they were all something new for the job. All in all, it was a really good meal.

Incredibly slow for DoorDash orders. After waiting for the sandwich to be made for 15 minutes, I had to remind the staff that the order came with drinks, chips and dessert. More 5 minutes for them to collect the rest of the order. Unprofessional answers. You were from chickens and desserts and the explanation for several customers was?we?re from everything.? No excuse or secondary option given. Apparently, the place is wildly different in terms of the speed of orders and customer service. I'll never be back for me or Doordash orders.

Fire house subs is amazing. I am truly impressed with how polite they are. The subs are OUTSTANDING

Had lunch on sunday. The big guy with the beard, I think his name is Don, was super helpfull. Food was great too. Seems like they got their stuff together!
