Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

Applebee's always delivers a great experience! While some of my friends aren't fans of the chain, I decided to give this location in Virginia a try, and it exceeded my expectations compared to other places.

I have both worked for and dined at this establishment. The service is terrible due to a lack of training for both the servers and the kitchen staff.

The salmon was incredibly overcooked, and the broccoli was also overdone. The mashed potatoes lacked flavor and were lumpy. The only positive aspect of the experience was our server, who was attentive and helpful.

I happened to stop by for dinner with my family and had the best experience I've ever had at any Applebee's! Elizabeth was absolutely incredible! She was entertaining and engaging, and since our table was right behind her host station, interaction with us was inevitable. Her positive attitude and cheerful spirit were just what we needed! We need more employees like her! Jen was also an amazing server—she took care of every request perfectly, even though we can be a bit quirky! They truly turned our visit into a fantastic experience. Thank you both for making our Sunday so special!

Diana was fantastic! The service here was excellent, and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this place!
