Meat Cove Chowder Hut

Amazing food and beautiful scenery. Camp there if you have the opportunity. Campsites are located on sea cliffs.

Pricey but great food! Loved our time at the cove. We got the mussels, honey garlic wings and chowder. Best chowder i've had in canada by far.

So good, OK chowder, but the view is just amazing. I liked the fish cakes better than the chowder. the campsites, all of them, have the most amazing view of any campsite I 've ever found. we went in with a little trailer, and there are not a lot of sites that you can get there for trailers. Get there early in the day, no reservations and it fills up in the afternoon. they have little cabins too, but only 4 of them. great hike up to the big grassy only a half hour one way, beautiful forest, beautiful views.
