McDonald's - McKinney

This was our first time here at this location. We ordered Filet-O-Fish, medium size coffee, and apple pie. Sandwich and coffee was good, taste exactly as in other McDonalds places. Apple pie was cold, which usually should be served warm. Other than that, place was clean, condiments and drinks were full and area was clean. They also had this play table for kids: staff was friendly and welcoming. Will come here again.

When I came in, nobody spoke right. manager was very rude and when I gave the customer names for a delivery, he said "he doesn't take any names" and went away as I tried to give him the customer code. they need better customer service.

Friendly, but the journey through was painfully slow. more than 45 minutes are waiting for a quarter of meals and a happy meal. in the meantime, more than half dozen cars have been eating behind us. ends inward.

Eating at this place is not good. many times I was disappointed by the quality of food. I always try to give them the chance to make them better, but they fail 9-10 times. So if they don't care about the quality of their food, they go to this place.

Wow great restaurant. I love all those who work there. especially the young, they have great customer service skills and are hard working. this mcdonald’s is the best I had. I went through the drive through and at the window I was greeted, given my food, then gave my drink. it was a koks, frustrated I pulled out my recipe and realized that I somehow ordered the wrong drink. I have type 4 diabetes. asked the girl in the window if I could change my order and instead pay for a dietary coke, and she made me friendly to one and even let me hold the cocook she gave me so that I could give it to my baby sister (her favorite silk is koks). then the angel told me I had a good day and gave a huge smile. love this place!
