What is up with that KFC on Steubenville Pike Robinson. My husband went there two Saturdays ago and they had no clue of what they were doing; no pot pies, cold fries, then he tells my husband no credit just cash. He managed to get a chicken sandwich which looked like it was sitting there all day. Then he went back there on a week day and he couldn’t believe the change they had everything he ordered; my husband thought new management took over, until he went there last night and the same thing happened but worse, they had one pot pie left and half filled fry and Taco Bell was closed No credit just cash. Something is wrong with management on weekends? Horrible, so sad I love KFC.

I understand staffing issues, but when you worker shows up at 11:35 and makes you wait in the drive thru for another 25 minutes before you can even order. That is just unprofessional. It’s lunch hour for people. They really need to pay their people more for better service! This is just horrible.

Unfortunately, we ordered in the drive through after a very long day. When we got home we didn’t have the chicken we asked for- it was 8 pieces not 12. We only got our gravy, no potatoes to go with them. But hey, we got our awful biscuits. When I called I was told that I should have waited for my other bag. We weren’t told to wait, we were told to have a nice day. At which point we were hung up on. 0/10 will not be going again. Buyer beware.
