Little Caesars - McHenry

I've lived in Mchenry for 18 years, which is most of my life. When I came here when I was younger, the service and the food was much better. The workers knew how to talk to customers and communicate with their employees. They also had their uniform. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel the way it used to be. People are waiting for ever, this poor guy was dealing with the register, while it looked like people in the back specifically delayed service. Some people didn't bring their uniforms in tank tops. I am not very picky on clothes usually, but with how much small stoppers are advertised and how much business they get it makes me sad. You don't take it seriously.

This restaurant is awful! The customer service is terrible, the food is even worse, which is saying something!! I wouldn't give any stars if I could! I ordered dinners for my family online, which turned out to be a big mistake because they didn't update the app to let you know when it was ready. They claimed to keep the food hot in the portal, but we ended up getting cold food. The person who served us only brought out a drink and seemed to be a manager. I will not be returning here!!

We planned to watch a production of Grease at an outdoor theater. We placed an order online at 6:15 PM and were told it would be ready by 6:45 when we arrived to pick it up. However, upon arrival, we were informed that it would take another 15 to 20 minutes. To make matters worse, others who had ordered after us were served their pizzas before us, and none of the pizzas were hot and ready as advertised.

I'm not sure how this place has any 5-star reviews. I always encounter problems when I order from here. Today, I placed an online order and when I arrived a bit later, it wasn't ready. I had to wait for them to make a new pizza. It was supposed to have extra cheese and pepperoni, but it didn't. Additionally, the sauce had a metallic taste.
