フィードバックを提供するI had a disappointing experience with DoorDash, so I decided to drive to Little Caesars to order food for my son. When I arrived, a young lady was working there (I unfortunately didn't catch her name). I began explaining what had happened, and she was incredibly polite and very apologetic. After sharing my frustrations, I learned that she was the only employee on duty, and that the system was overwhelmed and malfunctioning. I want to express my gratitude for her excellent service and for remaining calm amidst the chaos. On a positive note, I also loved the kid with the skateboard for just $1! You both truly saved the day!
