フィードバックを提供する#1: The food is good. I like the place, just not this one.#2: They cannot get orders right.Details: We ordered about $120 worth of sandwiches in July. Two sandwiches were wrong. Called, and got put in the book for two giant subs. Ok, mistakes happen. Wife goes in about two months later to get the subs. They mess it up again. One comes with cheese (thankfully not an allergy) and one is an entirely incorrect sandwich (a 3 instead of a 4). When I called again (not asking for or accepting any sort of recompense I 'm just not going back) the shift manager said your wife watched us make the sandwiches...? So it is my wife 's job to know the sandwiches, what goes on them, and everything you are responsible for? Who 's job is it to take orders and see they are filled correctly? Should I fill out a time sheet after I order as I clearly need to manage your employees?Again, I will go back to a JM, but not this one. Fingers crossed this is not indicative of every location; I have had satisfactory service at other locations, particularly Lakemoor and Lake Zurich.McHenry Jersey Mike 's: A Sub Below.
I was over charged by 10 dollars. Which they did take care of it .I asked for no mushrooms on my subs, both had them . Beware to anyone who has allergies. Luckily we don't.
Decent sandwiches, very friendly and quick service, but every single table in this place was filthy.
Always a great sandwich and great staff. The go to sandwich!
It's not bad for a sub shop. They forgot to ask if I was a member and I forgot to give them my number.
