フィードバックを提供するI ordered dinner from Shane's and ended up spending quite a bit. I had ordered both ribs and chicken, but when my order arrived, it only contained the chicken. I also requested the sauce on the side, yet the chicken was completely covered in sauce. Naturally, Tordash wouldn’t refund me for the missing ribs, so I decided to call Shane's directly. I was really disappointed by the response I got. The employee told me they had overlooked my order because they were short-staffed and that it was unrelated to my situation. It was frustrating to hear that, especially after spending over $50 on my meal. There was no offer for a replacement and no apology or acknowledgment of my name or situation—just a lack of concern. Is this really how Shane's operates?
The food was mediocre. The chopped chicken tasted terrible. The chicken teeth lubricated as if they were frozen. Our waiter took our food to another table. Saw it went down, the customers at this table let him know he had brought them the wrong food. So he picks up the food from this table and brought it to our table. That is why we asked that I be restored order just because we witnesses to other customers who touch the food. We will not return to Shane
We always eat at Shane's, but since we buy for our son, we have to go. I always get the big BBQ sandwich that comes with French fries. Your fries, for me, are better than McDonald's. my husband gets the BBQ pork plate with frits and Brunswick stew. Your stew is delicious! Sometimes he gets the potato salad and it's also good. We never had anything that wasn't good!
HORRIBLE!!!! Order one of the feasts with an addition of middle frits. Fries were $3,19 with a total of 19 pommes in a polystyrene container. Asked for texas toast was given a simple bread, my feast suspected of coming with boneless wings had asked about 10 chicken fingers, what was she said, boneless wings. I fucking know how chicken teeth and boneless wings look. I don't know if I wasn't in the garbage. I don't eat everything. Didn't she get the name of the young lady?
We stopped to eat lunch with our family and it is 90degrees outside and the air does not work Inside as the temperature is reading 80. Very miserable and not to mention all of our family is done eating and still one of us have no food brought to the table. My husband still has not received his food we asked for refund while waiting they were complaining about they just took one hour break and need another one. There seemed to be one cook and 2 hostess and no management. This is horrible service and not to mention it was extremely hot. The cook was wearing street clothes with flip flops which is very unsanitary. We will not eat at this location again.
