We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! Jodi was absolutely amazing and has the perfect personality for her job. My wife and I noticed her at every table, and it was clear that all of her customers adore her. The food was fantastic as well. She recommended the $4 margaritas and the spinach dip, both of which were delicious! We will definitely be coming back.

Waiting was, well, we had no waiting time. We were greeted and telephoned by the staff who met with a smile. Deborah was over-the-top AMAZING as a server. The food came fast and was right. I will recommend O? Charley?

I was at O Charlys several times and received good service, but today was different. We came in and immediately we were welcomed by Kellie and she sat and told us about the special the $4 Margarita and our waitress Payton was absolutely amazing. She was cute for details. Janelle was absolutely excellent. I can't recommend anyone. Her smile was bright and she had such a positive and friendly demon. All we asked for them made sure we got it in time. She checked us several times to make sure everything was okay and okay. I'd like to come back and have them as my server. That was the best service I ever had in every restaurant. I left my whole plate and all the drinks.

My new favorite dish is the California Salad with Salmon and blue cheese dressing, paired with a side of Nashville hot sauce. If you’re looking to spice up your salad, this combination is a must-try! I sat at the bar near the kitchen door, watching the staff hustle in and out. They were cheerful and clearly dedicated to their work. My server, Brandi, was fantastic! I visit regularly, and every time she’s my server, she exceeds my expectations. She has truly perfected her skills and is a genuine professional. The manager, Kathy, is attentive and receptive to feedback. She demonstrates excellent customer service and clearly leads her team well, as evidenced by their positive attitudes! So what are you waiting for? They’re open until 10 PM. Get up and go now!
