I visited on November 3rd around dinner time and I must say, this place is truly fantastic! The sandwiches were exceptional—hot and fresh! My only concern is that the service was a bit slow, but if that means getting a freshly made sandwich, I don’t mind waiting. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place for small gatherings and for families with children. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is delightful. The staff is fantastic! The sandwiches are served hot and fresh, packed with meat and not at all dry. The employees are knowledgeable and assisted me in choosing a truly amazing sandwich. Their warm greetings made my day so much better. Overall, the service here is just wonderful!

I set four stars because they're a little expensive. One of my favorite sandwiches is the Hook and Ladder.

This was my first time ever visiting this chain. First impression was not good. I ordered online for pickup and when I walked in there were only a few people in the restaurant. There were about 6 employees or so and none even looked up at all when I walked in. After about 3 mins of me standing at the pickup counter one finally acknowledged and let me know they were still working on my order. Come on now. Even Home Depot greets people as they walk in

It took far too long to receive our to-go order, which consisted of two sandwiches and a soup, especially since the soup is pre-made. After driving for 15 minutes, I picked up the soup bag only to find that the bottom had ripped open, spilling potato soup all over the inside of my car and on me. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
