Domino's Pizza - McConnelsville

After a 40 minute wait, our order still hadn't been started. Was going to be another 30 minutes at least. So we just canceled our order. Was then told we wouldn't get credit back on our bank card for at least 7 to 14 days.

Pizza was fast and cooked perfectly, highly recommend the McConnelsville Dominos!

I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could. We ordered pizzas for delivery at 8 PM, but they arrived 26 minutes late and cold. Despite not receiving the pizza, they still charged my card. After waiting 13 days for a refund, I went to the store and was told to return the next day. However, after waiting 38 minutes in the store, I overheard employees speaking badly about customers with issues. When I asked about my refund, I was told they hadn't even started the process, despite me calling multiple times to check. When I questioned why my order was late, cold, and charged for an item not delivered, I was asked to leave by an employee. I will never return to this restaurant and still have not received my money back for undelivered pizza after 16 days. I continue to update on their poor business practices.
