Whataburger - McAllen

I never thought the day would come when I'd be disappointed by Whataburger. I ordered chicken strips, but the ones I received were so small they could almost be called nuggets. I paid over $9 for them, which is just shameful. Then they arranged them nicely in the box to make them look bigger and take up more space. Double shame. During my visit, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, along with fries and sweet tea. My order was exactly as I requested. You can always count on Whataburger to deliver!

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent! I'm new to smartphones and apps, but Eloy was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful in explaining how everything works. He walked me through what I could and couldn't do with a smile on his face the entire time and never showed any frustration, even when I needed him to explain things more than once. The staff here, in general, is fantastic. We will definitely be returning to this location!

This place is one of a kind! I am not from around the area and I heard that whataburger is one of the best. This is a first experience that I will never forget! I ordered the Number 1 and I have to say it is one of the best burgers ever. The bun waswarm and soft, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the bacon I added was cooked to a nice crisp. There was excellent servicecoming from the workers there. If you are lucky enough to get Catherine to place your order, then you will have a greatexperience. Catherine, if you or your managers see this, you deserve a raise!

As an food columnist it is my job to review these unsafe fast food restaurants. Besides the roaches crawling around the kitchen, the food being disgusting, uncooked, cold, and not worth the cost, the average wait time is between 45-60 minutes for the lineoutside the drive thru. Don?t go to this place, it has been red flagged and it?s unsafe. Ordered a few items in the menu, andlook at this mess. The size of the chickens are smaller than the buns. I guess they adapted the same policies as Jack In TheBox.
