フィードバックを提供するWe went for dinner tonight and the food was okay, server tried her best, but the manager Emily was very rude. She turned off the Tv that we were watching the game on at 10:01. We asked her to turn it back on and she said No! As someone who’s worked in the service industry I find that EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!
Didn’t get order correct and refused to complete order when I went in person to pick up the rest of it at the site. (Of note, had a receipt with less than half of the items crossed off). They offered me store credit as the only option to resolve the issue. They refused to complete the order despite it being placed 42 minutes prior to closing. Unhelpful staff. I used to love kumori but I’m disappointed with how I was treated today. Not to mention we paid for Uber eats to deliver this so it was already an inconvenience for us to go pick it up in the first place.
Extremely disappointed in the experience I had today, I have been a loyal customer for years I always tip even for curbside. The experience I had was very upsetting unprofessional. I was told by the manager rolls can NOT be custom made anymore and that’s why 3 out of 4 rolls were wrong during pickup, he said “ever since Covid we stopped doing that” which is not true because every order we make even at other locations we adjust things due to allergies or accommodations due to my husbands ulcers. When I asked for a refund on the Kumori rice I did not ask for but was charged for the manager rolled his eyes and proceeded to walk back into the restaurant. This is no way a loyal customer should be treated or any costumer at that matter.
Food is always good. This post is about you the take out service. Every time I've ordered out the last 3 times the food is wrong or there are items missing. I get once in a while things are left out but after so many times there is a problem.My last experience I ordered food online and went to go pick up, since I've had the experiences I checked bag in the car and noticed that sauces were missing and went back inside. Then I realized that one of the dishes I had also ordered was also missing. I went back inside and the server told me that it would be another 15 minutes to remake the dish. I then asked for a refund. Food is already in the car and it was only gonna get cold and I told her that. She said she'd have to talk to her manager. Again, another almost 10 mins no manager. I ended up leaving cuz I wanted half decent warm food.Moral of the story. Check your take out food before you leave.
Great rolls with a huge variety. I like the crab salad with creamy sauce and dump it on a bed of white rice followed by salmon sashimi. The fuji roll and luna roll are great. Out of all of the kumori restaurants, this one is npt as packed so its a best bet for a short wait in my opinion.Food: 5/5
