Ordered a number 18(the new italian bmt) and was told I couldnt add items when i get to the veggie side, I had to do it on the meat side before i got to the veggies so she could write down what I wanted on my sub paper. Never had that experience in a single subway before. Then wasnt even asked if I would like it heated or toasted and when I asked about that they said subway is trying to do away with options and if it isnt a heated or toasted sub they wont ask and that the sub comes as is. Also never had that happen at another subway. However they did tell me i could bring the sub back and get a refund. So thats a plus.
