I was here twice, and I had the egg benedikt and maisfritter. the maizefritter texture was like a strange maize cake, not really like frit. I couldn't eat them. if they are straight for ice and speck, it is good, but I cannot justify the price with food quality.
That was my way to see at a weekend. it is enough to get a place, but it is really worth waiting. as soon as they have changed the quality of the products, everything from their so far amazing muffins fell on the coffee. Spark was lost and hasn't really worried about driving too often.
I haven't been here for a long time. since I am back to this area, I tried again and unfortunately I am disappointed. I went to midday. the menu was very simple and nothing thrills me. I ordered asian meat beef salat and received cut bark steak with lateral salat dressed palm sugar sweet dressing. tomato, crunchy red bezel, salat leaves and edibles. $22. bark was cooked nicely, salate was fresh. So I probably got what it should be. I could expect more. coffee was good, $4.70 for big and it was generously part in a cup. I go back to the coffee and can eat other food if I have to eat in the opposite.
We took mum and a friend for lunch on a Monday and loved the decor and the menus (trip down memory lane) and the dinnerware. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had the toasty with mushrooms on the side and the others had herb mushrooms on toast. Everything was very tasty. The coffee and little lemon cake were yum.
Food is delicious. Service is good. I went there for brunch. Quite a big portion. Love the trio mushroom. Steak sandwich is alright. Coffee is good there.
