Am Thai Delight - Mayfield

I wanted to use my Dine NSW before it expired, and randomly chose Am Thai for some Pad See Ew, and wow!! I am so impressed! The container is packed, the veggies are fresh and crunchy, the dish is piping hot and just delicious! The staff are lovely and friendly as well. This will become a regular work week lunch, yum!

One of the best tasting Thai restaurant I have been to, everything was cooked beautifully, the staff were friendly and nice to talk to. I will be going back very soon. I was intending to take photos but it tasted too good so by the time thought about it again I had just about finished the 3 dishes and coconut rice.. I was very hungry, i still had leftovers for lunch but not to take photos.. Thankyou.. was easy to park in Roe street and walk up 2-3 shops. Good sized meals and a good price. BUT excellent Value because of the flavours.

The Thai meat salad was quite mediocre. The beef used didn’t appear to be of high quality and lacked the authentic taste I was hoping for. It felt more like an exaggerated Chinese version of a Thai salad. At $18, it was quite disappointing.

I happened to stop here on a long drive, and I'm so glad I did—everything was delicious! We tried the pad krapao and pad Thai, and both dishes were fantastic. I definitely recommend this place!

The red chicken curry was as amazing as the old Thara Thong, and the beef in peanut sauce was exquisite. The large fish cake appetizer was also fantastic. Although it's a bit out of my way, I will definitely be returning!
