Chick-fil-a - Mayfield Heights

Once again, I enjoyed a tasty meal at a reasonable price. I decided to try the Mac and Cheese for the first time and it was delicious! I was under the impression they offered two sizes of milkshakes, but I couldn't finish my meal and also have a full-sized shake.

The food was delicious as always and the staff is hardworking. The restaurant is typically not very busy but is bustling with activity. Unfortunately, for the second time in a row, we had trouble getting our drinks and sauces due to the busy staff. I don't think they could do much more, so it seems like a management issue.

I tried Chick-fil-A's breakfast for the first time today and it was fantastic! I had the breakfast dish with chicken and it was excellent. I can't wait to go back and try more items from their breakfast menu. There are so many options to choose from! If you haven't experienced Chick-fil-A's breakfast yet, you definitely need to give it a try. They are not just known for lunch and dinner. I am already looking forward to returning for breakfast next time.

The food is good, no complaints. I feel bad for people standing outside when it comes to 90 degrees. People can go. The administration has to take care of the staff and has the power to put a screen to cool people.

Great customer service! Chick-fil-A somehow can manage through anything and still deliver great food in a timely manner. I had a huge order during a steady paced service at drive thru and inside. My order was prepared in a timely manner even with the entire Ursuline Softball team coming in right after which they processed their order quickly while maintaining complete order. ????
