Murray's Fish And Jerk Hut - May Pen

The jerk chicken was absolutely fantastic, the scene is perfect for a first date or men hangout spot. There is a ATM so that was great for us to withdraw in Jamaican dollars to pay for our meals and drinks. Also I mention there is a ice cream spot if your feeling for something sweet after. We enjoyed Jamaican music and some photos. The staff were great, well trained and always making jokes that really made us feel welcome. I highly recommend anyone visiting Jamaica to visit this particular spot. Love it

Our waitress was lovely and had an impeccable memory to remember our drinks and food order . The food was good and very filling. My only disappointment was not being able to get my absolute favourite food, plantain. It was what I was most looking forward to eating on my first trip to Jamaica in over 40 years!

Went there to dine with my boyfriend last Saturday and I was turned off because they didn't have enough indoor dining space. The rain was falling and everyone who was on the outside had to come back to shelter under the hut . So we ended up having to order take out. Not gonna lie the food and vybe is good but they need more indoor/ sheltered dining. Saw a lot of people having food in there cars , my boyfriend and I included. Food was a 9/10 tho.

Was great, the food was amazing. I had the famous curried goat. The service was good, the waitress was very attentive and helpful.

I stopped here on my way back to Kingston. It is located on the main so it was easy to turn off and into a designated parking lot. The place is well designed with lots of outdoor seating. There is a variety of jerk offerings along with soups and Jamaican curry. I decided to have curry goat and roti with pineapple juice. At 2 0m in the afternoon it is quite surprising that it would be slightly crowded, despite that I was able to find a spot outside facing the roadway that was cool and shaded. I was however surprised that the tables were dirty and attracted many flies and at no point in time did I observe the tables being cleaned. This I believe took away from the dining experience and I hope Murray's will act and prevent this from occurring as it will turn away guests. The food was delicious and well presented. I decided to order some more to take home that's how good the curry goat is.
